    Tropical fruit juice

    I've got a Tropical / white grape clearing now, used juice from tesco. Watch the initial stage mine blow through the air 3 times, had a tasted at racking it's pretty good. As per above, added sugar to just over SG 1.080

    At present I have just given it a shot at 20psi to seal then released it a little. Shall I give it a few weeks to clear then gass it up for a week. I assume when it's ready you just let the gass out and connect the co2 at 5psi to pour the pints.

    I have just done a Woodfords kit and transfered it to my new corny, do I have to prime/condition it with sugar. Or is it best to force carb I have a CO2 setup, if force carbing what is the recommended psi.

    I added a little bentonite and now have a load of sediment in the bottom, and it's getting clearer. Its been going about 6 days SG was 1.064 now at 1.005 with a bubble every 5 seconds, is it best to let it finnish or stop it around 1.000 I'm after a dry/medium cider.
