    My First All Grain!

Congratulations on your first brew👍 Totally old school here, but the fuse never goes on my propane tanks… lol We all make mistakes, I forgot to mill my grains once in the early days and wondered why they were all floating and right to the top of the mash tun 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

    My First All Grain!

Good luck. I’m sure you’ll love it. I remember doing my first all grain brew like it was 12 years ago.. 😂 What are you planning to do? My first one was an Old Tom clone from the GW book 👍

    Festival old Suffolk strong Ale

19 for me. 22 ok though. If I do this kit again I honestly wouldn't add the dry hops. Didn't seem to suit the beer but that's just my personal taste??

I've never used that yeast. Let us know how it turns out.

Festival Golden Stag Summer Ale Review

Yes add hops 5 days from end of fermentation if I were you. That's what I did and it tasted great. It may be a little too hoppy otherwise (if there's such a thing)

Went great. All done and dusted by 2pm. No pics though as they would of been exactly the same as the last lot....lol I'll have to something different next time lol
