    made this today the berries have been defrosted over night 9 lb elderberries 2 lb damsons 3.5 kg sugar 3 tsp yeast nutrient 3 tsp pectolase 3 tsp citric acid yeast lalvin bourgovin RC 212 water to just over 3 gallons got the idea for this from CJJ Berrys 130 New Winemaking Recipes.     Dandelion wine

    Hi, just opened a bottle of dandelion wine I brewed back in April its my first country wine, and now its over 7 months old so I was keen to tast it, it looks great and tastes good but it has a little bit of a funky smell and the cork didnt look to good either, just wondering is it safe to drink?
