Yes, that is overstating it from a technical point of view, definately one of the greatest goals in Villa history though :cool:

I must have been 9 years old.
I remember watching the game with my brother and seeing a banner in the crowd that stated:

" Good Evens above, we're Shaw to win the cup with Withe"............or words to that effect. Classic.

:clap: :clap: love it.......I was 7 :oops: remember it though :cool: walk the dog most mornings with a chap "who woz there" it often crops up.
 
The previous year my dad had promised to take me and my brother to Paris to watch the Liverpool final (I was a BWFC fan).....in the end he bought us a black and white portable to watch it on while he went with his mates......God rest his soul.

If you have kids, you need to keep that tradition up. Nowadays though it's a 32" flat screen.
