2nd brew day on Saturday and already a little obsessed...

Morning all,

Rob from Bucks here.

My gf got the the amber ale small batch (1 gallon) home brew starter kit from Northern Brew for Christmas.

Brewed 2.5 weeks ago but added zest of 2 Clementines 10 mins from end of boil and the juice in to the fermenter.

Bottled it at the weekend and it's tasting interesting.

After bottling, i brewed a raspberry and vanilla oatmeal stout which is currently fermenting away.

Glad to have joined this forum and keen to learn.

My current favourite beer style is sours so I am trying to absorb as much as I can about kettle souring.
