Hi everyone, and TG for forums I say...I moderated one a few years ago on the OU so I know the work it takes to keep things running smoothly...or creamily, depending on your brew preferences. My wining particular favourite is any wine from the Weinstrasse area, particularly Durbach (fond memories of loading the car with a few bottles to bring home) and a decent headed glass of Dortmunder. Most German brews slip down a treat anyway!
