Brewed this IPA yesterday.
5.4Kg Pale Malt
200g Vienna Malt

Centennial 90 mins 9 grams
Chinook 90 mins 9 grams
Cascade 90 mins 9 grams
Centennial 45 mins 9 grams
Chinook 45 mins 9 grams
Cascade 45 mins 9 grams
Centennial 0 mins 40 grams
Chinook 0 mins 40 grams
Cascade 0 mins 30 grams
Yeast WLP023 – Burton.

Planned OG 1.055 (ended up at 1060)
Bitterness: 54 EBU
Colour 9 EBC

I’ve made a few changes to the brewery. New lighter weight Valentines Arm, new prototype control box, new hop stopper, and an automatic underback. The automatic under back and control box worked well; still have a minor leak when using the V-Arm. The mesh I used for the hop stopper is too fine so the run off was painfully slow! But a brewday without minor issues just wouldn't be the same.

never done a high hop addition late, I am tempted to try

As Bru said in another thread, you've got to have a bit of brewery bling :grin: It's not that big, Adm has a bigger one :D

Cheers, on the lookout for a stainless table so I can mount the pumps underneath the mash tun.

Brew is now down to 1012 so will bottle it over the weekend. Had a taste from the FV it's very hoppy will need a few months to condition
