Landlord.
After a great weekend spent in cornwall last week suppin plenty of doombar, tribute, kernow lager, proper job and various skinners ales I thought it about time to brew another Proper Job, however not having the exact ingredients I need it will be a half arsed attempt :?
Pale malt and hops (apart from the EKG) are almost right and I had a few bits to use up in the grain dept so should be a winner - anything with 100g of cascade is a winner in my book
Half Job 46l 4.2%
6kg pale malt
500g crystal
540g amber
260g munich
130g wheat
600g white sugar
70g EKG -90mins
50g cascade -10mins
30g cascade -5mins
50g williamette -1min
20g cascade - flame out
Yeast will be wlp001 and ill dry hop each fv with 25g williamette after around six or seven days, should give a lovely hoppy brew at around 30ibu.
happy brewing :drink:
