I'm not sure what's happened to be honest. I think leave it another month in the bottle before trying it again.
I will email them though. Just to see wrist they say.

Hi my first taste of Beaverdale Rojo Tinto was disappointing with a chemical taste, 2 weeks later that had disapated but wasn’t great, now after four months four separate victims have said they really liked it, I like it but am my own worst critic of mine

Yes think it’s the clearing mixture, or the sanitizer mouth felt cleanesed like you drank it , but I tried a bottle two weeks later and it was better, my second kit Beaverdale was much better straight away

My expertise is 2 kits , but if I was using no rinse I’d want it bone dry before using and maybe that would give a chance for bacteria, from what I’ve read some sanitizers are similar to sulphites used for preservation, so give it time I think,

I use Milton tablets and never rinse i have never left the kit to dry.

I have used Milton for a couple of years i fill my washing up bowl and put two tablets in once dissolved i put all the small stuff in the bowl then pour 2 litres into my FV put the lid on and swirl it around so all surfaces are covered i then leave it 8 minutes and repeat and leave for the last 7 then its done, i do this for DJ's and bottles obviously adjusting the amount i pour into each there is no need to fill them to the brim to soak, i have never had an infection.
