Hi All,

Did this yesturday. Sorry no pictures, and I was also internetless (someone forgot to pay the phone bill :oops: )

4600g Maris Otter
250g Crystal Malt
200g Torrified Wheat
60g Chocolate Malt

30g Fuggles 90 mins
30g Goldings 90 mins
20g Goldings 15 mins
30g Styrian Goldings 0 min

Hit the target gravity of 1052 spot on for 23l. The hosepipe on the IC decided to pop it's clogs so I had to wait until about midnight to pitch the yeast (S-04).

Why Bodgers Bitter? Because when I went to pick up the malt, I still didn't have a recipe in mind so I made it up on the spot and stuck it into QBrew later. Worked out ok I think. Guess I'll find out in a week or so :D
