Hi

Has this been renamed? Edit: Yes by me...It is West Riding Wheat!!!

I don't see it in the A to Z list and I find it hardly credible in this revered company it hasn't been done.

Brewed as per instructions with yeast starter (first for me, usually just sprinkle it in) and just moved to my conditioning bin after about 8 days with a sg of 1012.

Supped the hydrometer tube and quite a pleasant if light taste...very fizzy on the tongue so still quite active.

Not a wheat beer man, brewing it for my son so I assume this is what it tastes like.:thumb:

Hi All

Just tasted this, has had about two weeks in the bottle (SG around 1008 when bottled), quite cidery.

Used half a tea spoon brewing sugar per bottle as a primer.

Tried a bottle a few days in...cider taste.

Colour was very pale when I tested the sg before bottling and tasted OK, quite a subtle taste, has darkened considerably .

Priming sugar I used was quite old and not kept in fridge.

Seems to have gone off...any thoughts all.
