I'll be brewing the other beer from Linden Street Brewery http://www.lindenbeer.com/ on Saturday, with the recipe kindly given from Adam at the brewery. I think it is a California Common'ish style or is it a Schwarzbier?, "roasty, slightly sweet, light bodied black beer"

Brew length 23L, efficiency 75%
OG 1052; FG 1012; ABV 5.25%; IBU 19 (Tinseth); EBC 62

3791g Maris Otter Pale (75%)
506g Weyermann Carmunich III (10%)
506g Weyermann Munich II (10%)
253g Weyermann Carafa Special III (5%)

Mash 90mins at 67C

10g Northern Brewer 9.26% AA 65mins
8g Northern Brewer 9.26% AA 45mins
7g Northern Brewer 9.26% AA 15mins

WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast at 15C for 7 days then gradually increased over the next 7 days
