Can these be used for carbonating kegs or filling kegs?

Hi all,

Got a few of these from a mate. Only botttle at the mo but just converting my garage into a brewery to start Selling to local pubs. Dont worry going through the long process of hmrc regs and getting premises ok’ed by council.

Not sure which kegs to use looking at plastic kegs from local manufacturers in gainsborough £48 each for 30 litre kegs but also looking at ecokegs but says they need to be filled under co2 pressure to expel any oxygen.
Will these regulators do the job?

Any advice much appreciated

First one looks like it has a male bullet nose fitting like you'd find on a propane regulator? Second one looks like it'd fit a co2 bottle. Regulators aren't required to fill sankey kegs or ecokegs.
