I have woefully underestimated carbonation in my last 3 bottled batches so have to decant to a jug before pouring to glass. PB seems to be the only way to get a decent head and not too much fizz.
 
I don’t use more than 80g of sugar for 23L the head does decay but the lacing stays

I did a wheat last year and every blinking bottle was flat...
I've got the opposite. You know that thing where you stick the bottle right down to the bottom of the Weissbier glass and steadily pull it up to reveal a perfect pour with a lovely dome of creamy foam? Not in our house you don't...

Still, only one's exploded.
 
Just tapped a Belgian beer that I brewed at the beginning of last month. Was aiming for something comparable to Leffe in flavour. As we are talking about carbonation. Check out these white fluffy clouds...
