I have had a CML Hoppity 13 cold crashing at 4° for 48 hours but although its clear it still has what I would describe as 2 icebergs of floating on the top what the best way of dealing with them . Obviously if I transfer the beer the beer now they may break up as I transfer am I better to break them up and carry on clearing never had these before .
 
If I bottle then I get the beer off the yeast then cold crash. Sounds like you’ve got floating yeast but if the beer is clear ignore it.
