a good few years ago i was given a very quick recipe to try .
it was
2 litres of pure orange juice
add to that a bag of sugar dissolved in a litre of boiling water
then added a packet of normal baking yeast .
it was quite potent but tasted like vodka and orange .

could one of you experts help me in a making the recipe more not so amateurish
or so rough plesase.

I'm guessing your after a Orange Wine ? If so, try this.

As Marrsy said, the Wurzels is a good variation on your recipe, with a tad more sophistication.

Ordinarily, I wouldn't go near a brew with baking yeast either (been there before a few times: wasn't good!) so I'd really reccomend a basic brewers yeast.
