A London Pride type beer was the first AG I attempted. Been so busy trying new recipes I haven't gone back so, I'd thought I'd put that right today.

90 min mash @ 65deg;
3300g Pale Malt
500g Crystal Malt
450g Flaked Maize
50g Flaked Rice

90 min boil;
640g Golden Syrup
18g Challenger (6.1) 90mins
18g Target (10.0) 90 mins
9g Northdown (6.0) 15 mins

No pics as the camera has gone belly up but, it's the same set-up as RIP last Thursday.

Aye, stocks have been getting low but I'm catching up again with five brews in the last 5 weeks.
Might even have another crack on Thursday, whilst work is quiet. :
