Used the BIABacus from biabrewer.info yesterday to create what I guess is their signature brew.
All went by the numbers - which I was very surprised about. I pitched at 24'C last night and it's bubbling slowly this morning. Temperature control in my house is carp. A heating belt doesn't seem to improve matters either... It's between 17-19'C and rarely gets hotter, so we'll see how it goes!
Just broken my allgrain cherry.
Starting the next brew now - a german dunkel wheatbeer - I'll put a separate report up for that.
