This is my first attempt and I have suffered from enthusiasm. It's like this...I got enthusiastic while intending to make elderflower champagne. Flowers, sugar, lemons, vinegar and water, nothing else. So I gave it yeast and nutrient, transferred it to 2 Dj's 2 weeks ago and watched it blurp along at 12 BPM.

I just dunked the hydrometer but before I could stop myself had drunk half the trial jar  it is 1.010, nicely sweet and smells nice but eeyyuk it is getting as flat as a fff**ttt and the lack of body is blindingly obvious without the fizz (whine).

So my Q is....

As the liquid is now at the shoulder of this Dj can I top up with something that will add some body but not overpower the elderflower or dilute the alcohol? Raisin juice? Or should I leave it with this airspace? Or?
