Everards Bottles?

My LHBS gave me these bottles for nothing on Friday.
He mentioned something about their age but specifically mentioned something about the twist cap. Letting the gas out and pouring correctly i think.

Anyone come across them and help clarify what he meant?

Don't know much about the correct opening method, but you've got some cool bottles nevertheless.
