Morning Everyone, hope you're all having a good weekend thus far.
Quick question about how long to leave a brew in the FV. I was thinking of brewing today, I fly home to the UK for crimbo on Thursday till the the 7th of January, so the brew will be in the FV for at least 3 weeks. Is this going to be a problem?
Cheers for the wisdom as always!

Thanks! Could I push my luck a bit and do a bit of dry hopping (couple days) when I get home? Or should I bottle straight away?

No worries until you're talking months instead of weeks.

Top your airlock up. Some people even put a bit of glycerine in it.
