Fino?

Has anyone got a recipe or know of a kit that makes a Fino style sherry?

There's a book called "Making Wines Like Those You Buy" that has a section on sherries, I haven't tried any of them yet, though I want to try one of the Oloroso sherries it gives a recipe for. I'm not too sure on the copyright issues, so I won't just chuck up the recipe, unless someone can tell me it won't break copyright.
