Kveik yeast is pretty awesome for quick fermentation times in hot weather too. Which I will note to self for next year as I am not going to bother with a wort chiller. For me, waste of time, water and money.

Hi Derell the one on the table the yeast was pitched at 11pm last staturday og was 1052 it's now at 1006 and more or less done yeast was gervin from wilko I will check again Monday and barrel it, the one on the floor is todays brew just pitched with us-05
