G'day all!

I'm a Brit who has been living down under for a couple of years. Caught the brewing bug and after doing a few kits and extracts, I'm brewing All Grain using the Brew in a Bag Method with a Crown 40L concealed element urn and no-chill method. Are these methods used commonly in the UK.

I'm joining this forum since I'll be coming back to Old Blighty at the end of the year and I'd like to connect with likeminded British brewers. I'm still a real novice, but I've knocked out a few decent batches of all grain. I'm also keen to try out some British recipes! If anybody has any suggestions for AG Bitter or Ale recipes, I'd love to hear them! There's a competition down under coming up in May that I'd love to enter!

BIAB and no chill is beginning to win favour over here, especially with new brewers wanting to go all grain, but most of us still like our three pot systems :lol: :lol:
