I restarted home brewing in 2020 after about 25 years away.
cannot believe the quality of the kits now. I have mainly brewed Festival,
St Peters and Muntons flagship with very good results and no real problems.
I am on my 23rd batch now and have a bit of a dilemma, I started Festivals old Suffolk
strong ale on the 2nd of November SG1.060 by 12th it was showing signs of slowing and at
1.014 the next day it set off again and by 17th was at 1.011 and still is at 1.011 today (22nd)
and still bubbling away. Do i bottle as the gravity is stable for so long or not bottle as it is still
bubbling? it's been at a constant 22 degrees all the time.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Andy

Welcome to the forum.
I would bottle it as it is stable and 1.011 is a good FG for a strong ale so very unlikely to ferment much lower IMO

Yes totally agree. Quality of kits is amazing. I’m at around similar amounts of kits to you. Try out the Homebrew Company Full Extract Kits. Honestly they are incredible. Better than anything I have done yet. Can’t recommend highly enough.
