made some white wine from the range, with a couple of litres of apple juice.
in November, followed the instructions, and bottled it.
had 2 bottles on new years eve. absolutely fantastic.
went to open a bottle last night and found floating bits in it,
like clear flem. whats gone wrong, they are all like it 25 bottles.
I have emptied all the bottles into demijohns and re done into clean demijohns,
with my harris wine rite filter.
will this help. it tastes ok and smells ok.
thanks sam.

Could be malolactic fermentation, could be something nasty. Could be excess stabilising chemicals precipitating out but I'd expect them to sink. The fact it tastes and smells OK is encouraging.
I'd be tempted to Campden it to kill owt bad, leave to clear a bit, re-bottle.

Um, actually, clear snot, could be 'mother of vinegar'. But I'd expect you to taste the vinegar.

Hope somebody who knows more than me drops by this thread...
