I've been told to introduce myself. Lol So here goes.
Brewed my first Tom Caxton lager kit when I was 18 way back in 1974. Recently just returned from a 9 year stint in Holland where, to get decent real ale, I had to brew my own from kits. Many successful brews later and after return to good old blighty, I'm planning on stepping up my brewing by going the all grain route.
My favourite beers are Marstons Owd Rodger, Three Tunns Brewery Old Scrooge, Batemans Mocha, Fullers London Porter, Theakstons Old Peculier, Adnams Broadside and many others! As you can see, I have a liking for strong dark ales but am definitely open to persuassion!
My best homebrew was MileStone's Olde Home Wrecker!
