My Durden Park book was delivered yesterday so when i got home last night i couldn't help myself, i had to brew something
52L
16kg Maris Otter
180g Fuggles 4.2 60 mins
Protofloc 10 mins
I was going do some water treatment with this brew but my internet was down and i didn't have a clue how to go about it so it will have to wait til next time.
Also due to over sparging i missed my og by 5 points so i ended up with 1070 instead of 1075.
