Hi

Just starting out with a Wherry Microbrewery kit.

Once it's kegged how long SHOULD you really wait for it to be about right. And what temp should the keg be kept at while you're salivating/waiting?

TIA

Adri

Evening , Once fermented then put into keg , after you have primed it and left it in warmth (20c ) for 2 weeks it needs at least 4 weeks in a cooler place (2 to 10c ) often longer though to be at it's best . An all grain brew would be ready at 4 weeks unless really strong but a kit beer needs a little longer (6 to 8 weeks) then :drink:
