Hi, I’m a new member who has grown some hops (a Celebration tub full) and about to try and make beer with them. I’m retired now and help out at a small vineyard that makes about 200 bottles a year. My own wine is the odd gallon from homegrown fruit and is rarely drinkable.
 
Thanks for all the welcome words. 2 gallons of home grown Tayberry (5lbs) wine bubbling well after 12 days (5days on the pulp) using a champagne yeast and adding 4 litres of already fermenting red grape juice
