hi all nice to find uk uk brewing forum got a few brews of cider on the go real cider 3gals /rice and raisen/ saxon honey beer 36 pint /victorian ale 36 pint
i going to make whole grain brew when get gear sorted
also getting ready for cider season going to make a press and make one of stevecools scraters of youtube

the ale and cider is from a book called
traditional beer and cider making by ian ball
i am also reading the following books got them all of e bay and amazon not bad price at all

real cidermaking on a small scale by michael pooley & john lomax
making ,using & enjoying sweet & hard cider by annie proulx & lew nichols
brewing beers like those you buy by dave line
