Just realised I left oxi-clean in my 'secondary' bucket for about 9 days - no harm done right?
Just going to have a very clean bucket?

If you have hard water then there will be a scale on the vessel.......I know from experience after leaving 3 cornies soaking a bit long

The scale is hard to remove.....especially if you can't get at it with a cloth.
I ended up resorting to using phosphoric acid to get it to shift.

A couple of weeks ago it was an etirely new one to me too.
Some of the guys on here recommended it to soak a skunky old barrell I had.

It's the same stuff as you use in the waching machine. I could only fnd the scented stuff but works just as well.

Brought my barrell up like brand new!!
