Recipe request: Brewdog "IPA Is Dead" Motueka single hopped

Hey, I am only just starting with kit brewing but my eventual aim is to be able to recreate some of my favourite beers and maybe also come up with a custom recipe or two.

Would somebody be able to help me come up with an extract recipe please to get me somewhere near recreating the limited run Motueka variation of the following:

ABV: 6.7%
OG: 1069
IBU’s: 75
Malts: Maris Otter, Crystal Malt, Caramalt
Hops: Single hopped with Motueka, HBC, Galaxy or Challenger
Twist: Hopped then double dry hopped

I figure if I start looking into this now I will give myself a bit of a head start for when I make the move from kits.

Sorry D, I've never brewed extract and don't know the beer so can't help you out I'm afraid

I'd suggest getting something like beersmith and playing around with it until you can the OG and IBU's right.

The crystal and caramalt are unlikely to be more than 10% of the grain bill and likely arond 5% so probably no more than 250g-500g in total.
