We have only just got round to making our rhubarb wine frozen rhubarb in the bucket I have the recipe we always use but Mr Witch is convinced we add pectolase but it is not in the recipe I have stored online our rhubarb wine is always fantastic a lovely clear crisp wine with a lovely hint of rhubarb and quite potent I might add does anyone else add pectolase to rhubarb wine as we are both unsure now :wha: :wha:
