Just waiting for this to cool now after the boil. All went well so far so hopefully gravity will be too.

first time to try simcoe myself AT , of course there will be a few winging there way to you when teady :thumb: Ended up with OG of 1058 a bit higher than expected but can't complain if getting better efficiency.
 
cheers kev. the beer never really fizzed up as much as usual for some reason. I primed to about 2.5 volumes as I always do for bottled pale ales. I did not bother with secondary for once but doubt that affected it.
