Hello all my daughter (Niamh aged 9) and I are taking part in the tenth annual Saints with heart walk. This is a charity event I started after three of my friends suffered heart attacks in the space of 6 months. On Saturday we will be walking 17 miles along the Grand Union canal (floods permitting,) from Wolverton to Northampton. As the plan is to arrive well before kick off of the Northampton Saints v Worcester Warriors match we are starting at 6am and as I live an hour from Wolverton, Niamh and I will be getting up at 4am on a Saturday. It's something I'm really proud of so I hope you don't mind me posting a link here:
