Strawberry wine - a bit acidic??

Just reracked 19 ltr into smaller DJ's so i can clear and sweeten individually etc. Had a quick quality control taster and it seems a bit too much acidic to me, very strong too.
I've just added 5 ml of gylcerine to them to 'mask' it as CJJ book says but dont have any thing else apart from dilution - any suggestions peeps? :

precipitated chalk will reduce acid. Personally, wine made puely from strawberries is no good. Try blending it with rhubard wine, for example.
