Hi, I'm aiming to get brews coming reasonably regularly. Fermentation seems to be the bottleneck in the process and looking to have multiple fermentation cabinets made from under counter larder fridges. A mate is selling a full size fridge freezer and offering it to me at mates rates which would be a good space saver, but only worth it for me if I can control the fridge and freezer sections independently as I might have brews requiring different fermentation schedules going. Has anyone done this before? do the fridge and freezer sections have independent controls so I can just tap into the separate power supplies with the usual Inkbird/tube heater setup? Thanks.
