I think it is very nice, i nearly always pick a couple up in our local Aldi, also look for the beer especial in the black bottle it is rum infused and very very nice
Thanks, I didn't see that beer you mentioned but I'll keep an eye out for it. I was surprised at the variety of gins and rums they have. Mrs has a b/day coming up .......

I managed to get past the Porter tap this time 😉. Cheers!

Aldi £2.99.
Any thoughts before I pop the top tonight ?

( I thought the bottle was worth £1 for my home brew. )
I like that beer..not sure it's a particularly good example of a Triple but nice enough Belgian..easy drinker. As you say 750 swing top bottles are ideal for homebrew club nights so I have got a couple 👍🏻

I have a suspicion Aldi are being a little cute with their labelling with this beer, looking at the ABV of 6%.
That is low even for a Belgian Blonde.
Biere Tripel are considerably higher at 8 - 10%.
Aldi's labelling is misleading in that it is making more out of the Tripel Grains than the actual beer style.
Hence why it appears thin for a Tripel - it ain't.
Being sneaky I would say.

Just found this The Barmen review on YouTube who confirm this in the title,
