Hi fokes

I've been away for a few years but I'm sat here drink a punk ipa and thought I could do with a good kit that will be ready for christmas.

3 years since I did my last brew a boil in the bag which I think I've still got a keg left at my old man's place. Now with 2 kids time is not available so I need a great kit and of there are any near the punk ipa taste that would be great so what's about now that's any good.

Cheers steve

mmmm, I have an mashing course to do in the first week of November first, that and I have 4 fermenters that need bottling or kegging like last week haha

but it will be added to the list of brews I want to try

Youngs American IPA is another you could consider, which is a similar style to the Punk IPA
So, 3 weeks in the FV, up to 2 weeks carbing, and then somewhere in the cold to condition and clear (say another two weeks) and that brings you up to Xmas, and it's ready to drink, assuming its cleared.

+1 for the Youngs American IPA
As close to Punk IPA as you will find from a kit IMO.
As one can kits go,I'm drinking a Coopers Heritage Lager kit with beer enhancer,500g of spray malt and 70g of Mosaic hops dry hopped and I must say its on a par with the Adnams/M&S Mosaic lager without blowing my own trumpet
The Coopers Heritage Lager is a very underestimated kit,it's a super base for experimenting but of course by the time you add what I have added it may be easier just buying a premium kit.
Good luck:thumb:

You'll be lucky to find a Heritage Lager won't you?
That's one of the discontinued range.

Festival razorback ipa

I've done 4 evil dog iipa and all turned out pretty good
2 x youngs American IPA - decent as well

Festival razzorback has got to be the best I've done

All of these have been tweaked by trying different dry hopping and making a hop tea to put in the wort.

Obviously but I was replying to the "lucky to find" part.
