hi my ale has been in the fermenter for about 4 weeks now it finished fermenting 2 weeks ago but i have not be able to bottle till now, is it ok to bottle and prime ,i was worried that there will not be enough yeast for the bottle priming because it has been in the fermenter to long and settled...
tried my first bottle of diabolo 9 days i since it was bottled and wow already its the best thing iv brewed, such a great taste, its a shame in some ways its so strong , going to try and leave them now for a month so they taste even better

whats the earliest you have drunk your stout, i bottled mine 5 days ago and just wondered what it would be like now, anyone drink there home brew early
i put less water so it would be a stronger stout 18L instead of 23L, added 500g os dark spray malt and 300g of brewing sugar, is there a really good yeast that might get this going . at the moment this will be 2.4% not good
