    Quick question about fermentation

    Hard cider.

    I've watched some youtube vids about making Hard Cider using Juice. Is there much of taste difference when using the Juice from say places like Asda to other Supermarkets? also how dose it compare to apples you've crushed yourself?

    Quick question guys. I'm going to be turning my garage in to a brewing area. Its a single brick built garage, and as its coming up to winter I want to able to make sure I can leave fermentation buckets in their.
