    TC Idea!

    While I was in church today bored as hell I had a thought. If I was going to make a TC but before putting the apple juice in the DJ boiling it in a pan to concentrate it down, surely this would make a better tasting product. Anyone every done this?

Didn't ferment etc. anyway after getting it going (in 20ltr water bottle with 5 bottles of raspberryade sugar water tanning etc) it has stopped again at 1.014 from 1.062.
