Hello. I've just joined the forum and wanted to get some advice.
A friend has just given me some grapes from his vine. We got enough for just over a gallon of juice which I'm not going to moan about!
Now the grapes themselves were mainly small red but there were quite a lot of green ones mixed in their as well so I think maybe they have been picked a bit too early.
The juice itself is quite green. Will this be ok to make wine and what am I going to get red, white or something else all together?!?
