I've had a coolbox given, :thumb: cheap & cheerful, when full to the brim with water it takes 23 litres. Is that big enough to convert into a mash tun :wha:

Yes . . . But you will be restricted to the volume and gravity of the final beers . . . . my new shiny system only has a 24L mash tun, which will be fine for about 5 gallons of beer at about 5% . . . or thereabouts. . . . anything bigger then I will use the other brewery which has a 50L mash Tun . . .and an 80L mash tun shortly.
