Hi all,

At Xmas I was bought the basics to brew my own beer. Including an IPA kit. I have since tried various IPA's and they aren't really something I relish. I was wondering what I can do to change this? I prefer a beer that isn't as lacking, a bit more body and a sweeter taste (blonde ales with a sweet hop taste )

Could i simply add some hops to it? That was my plan. I realise it is an IPA so I'm not expecting to completely change it, just after giving it a sweeter taste

Thanks

Adding a hop tea and preforming a dry hop, both using some really fruity hops (for example Australian or NZ) would go a long way to help with aroma and flavour.
