Hi,

Started about 4 weeks ago, made a 5 gallon cider from a kit, taste pretty nice, which is what you would expect from a cookie cutter method.

Just put a shiraz (from kit) into the bottles, no idea how it has gone yet as it needs around a month to come good.

Currently brewing a rose from a 50/50 plain apple juice/plain red grape juice and a mixed fruit wine using a 50% white grape+peach mix + 50% orange juice.

Rose seems to be going well, orange based one, not so much.

I am mostly here for tips/tricks/recipes and to show off anything i make that is any good :D

Welcome aboard and feel free to show off! Looks like Wigan is undergoing a homebrew resurgence - last member to say hello is a Wigan chap too.....
