So far so good, plenty of airlock activity going on. Hopefully this time it won't try to escape out of the airlock but given the lack of headspace I'm not optimistic!

Quick check on this first thing this morning and it has definitely taken off:

Quick clean of the lid and a new airlock and it's back in the fridge again. Really could do with a blow off tube (or some larger fermenters....shiny ones maybe...)

Bottled this today with 175g of sugar as it had dropped to 1.011. Looks and tastes very different to the last one but still a nice drop :) Hopefully this will carb up in time for NYE.

Just had a sneaky try of one of these to see how it is getting along:

Carbonation is good for only being in the bottle for 5 days. Definitely be fine for NYE.

Taste is very different to the last batch I brewed, this one is much lighter more refreshing. Probably went a bit OT with the coriander this time but still pleasant, probably find a mid-ground next time I brew it.
