can anyone recommend any type make price for a 25ltr f.v will a hundred watt one suffice. Any make to avoide. Also will a cheap ten quid one do or will i have to spend more.

Hi, I have a 50 watt one that I use in a waterbath during the colder times, seems to work fine. It was the last one my in local pet shop, so it was that one or nothing. Worked ok all last winter, My fermenter is 25 ltr too.

two great replies that really help ill go for a 50 w as jb3 has and no prob.
