Beaverdale Sauvignon Blanc

Hello!

Just looking to start this 30 bottle kit and wanted to know how I can make is similar to other Sauvignon Blancs and Malboroughs that have hint of passion fruit etc.

Shall I mess around with the kit and add the juice of passion fruit or leave it as is? If I am to add some, how much would you recommend for a 30 bottle kit?

We do drink a lot of these in the family so I will have to keep them away from the in laws!!!

I'd be inclined to make the kit as supplied and then judge it on its merits. If it passes muster but you reckon it needs a bit of passion fruit juice, lob it in on the next one. No idea how much though.

Some people divvy up a 5-gallon kit into 5x1gallon fermenters and treat them differently, one as supplied and the others with variations, different quantities of passion fruit in your case.
